So enjoyed our stay - the hosts were fantastic and we were very comfortable

The hotel/home was clean and our room was great. We socialised with the family before dinner and they gave us the history of Terowie. We were on a bit of a 'down memory lane' trip and they were able to supply so much information, which was fantastic.

Terowie is an historical town and well worth the visit. There is not an awful lot to do or see really. There are 'five' museums in town - all very small and the whole town being one of them. If you are interested in trains, it is a must see.

We loved it. We had a great relaxing time evry thing that we needed was supplied. Even our teenagers liked it.

Clare is a great place to vist the wine the food it was all great. The bakery was excellant. Very friendly people.

Sure beats any five star accommodation we looked at!!!

Fantastic accommodation, every need catered for to make our stay feel like home away from home. Nothing we needed to do, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to return. Need to email information and instructions regarding getting the key, this was our only issue.

The Barossa is filled with historical buildings, great for adults and kids to discover, the Whispering wall is worth a visit, as is the Herbig Family Tree and surrounding areas. Wineries were awesome for us adults. Much more to see and do.

THE ABOVE ACCOMMODATION IS DATED SHOULD BE CLASSED AS BACK PACKER BUT PRICES ARE ABOVE THAT THE RESTAURANT/BAR AND AMENATIES ARE FIRST CLASS BISTRO. BUT THE LET DOWN IS THE 1950s ACCOMMODATION -REALLY ART DECO IN NEED OF UPGRADE, IF THEY DID IT THEY WOULD HAVE FULL ACCOMMODATION EVERYNIGHT AND COULD GET MORE MONEY FOR THE ROOMS.

Lovely personal & very private accomodation

I loved the accomodation. Very clean & had a real personal feel, like I was at home. The only concern I had was the refrigerator, which was very tightly fit into the space alotted for it. The counter was very hot & the fridge was working very hard to deal with the lack of space to ventilate around it. My cabin was #129. I think this could be a huge consumer of energy & a fire hazard. Other than that the place was lovely.

The staff at the front desk were okay. There was one lady who was very nice, one who was learning & the other was not friendly at all. Its always nice to be receive a warm welcome. I know we all have bad days, but this was a couple in a row & guest service requires a good attitude.

I like Port Augusta & the ocean. Very good.
