I like the stay update update update, NO ONE WANTS TO STAY AT A 4 STAR MOTEL AND BE MADE TO WONDER WHY IT IS EVEN A 4 Star. You should have your customers thinking
"WHY ISNT THIS PLACE RATED A 5 STAR!"
There is only one thing better than having customers wanting to come back to your motel again and that is seeing the same customers come back again. You know you have done something right when customers revisit you I unfortunately would probably not come back, as even the good things that were good havnt out weighed the not so good experiences, as the rooms could do with new curtains, bedspread, sheets etc, the out side area from rm 20 to 25 @ clare is quite unappealing and frankly brings the whole place down I think. It would not take much effort to up keep, (ie .Lawns on grounds kept as manicured like the green oppsite the motel may be a HUGE plus)
Beautiful town country through and through, lovely place to visit.
