The accommodation looked impressive from the moment we arrived, but the standard was soon set when the breakfast tray from the previous occupants was still outside the door at around 4. 00pm. The staff were accommodating and were able to find a place for us that evening in the restaurant, however, some of the restaurant staff were a bit abrupt and short. Room was clean and tidy.
All people were hospitable and friendly. Must visit Neagle Rock Winery and Citadel Casual Dining. Their customer service is warm and excellent and the food, wine, coffee and produce are of the highest order.
